Terms of payment
To buy safely, you can pay with different payment methods: credit card, PayPal, Apple and Google Pay payment systems, via a bank transfer.
Credit card - we accept the most popular and prepaid credit cards from the VISA, MASTERCARD circuits.
Paypal - you can also choose Paypal. It's fast, easy, safe.

The shipment takes place after we have verified the credit.
During the payment your data is safe. They are never recorded, and their transmission to make the payment is protected. On my site I use the security certificate for data transmission - you can check its presence in the address bar (top left, next to our web address) you will see the padlock symbol.

Warranty and Certificates
All the jewels for sale are unique handmade pieces. They have a 1 year international guarantee certificate.
The warranty is international and, once validated, will be valid for 12 months against manufacturing defects. In case of proven defect, the product can be repaired or replaced through the guarantee.
Improper use is excluded from the warranty coverage, so I cannot be responsible for direct or indirect damage caused by incorrect use of the product:

material damage to the object (even accidentally), bumps, dents, crushing, scratches, alterations

repairs or tampering

discoloration and effects of normal wear or aging of the object.
The gemological certificate
To protect my customers, to confirm the authenticity and specific characteristics of the stones used, I issue a gemological certificate.
This is the certificate of precious and semiprecious stones.
It is a declaration containing all the characteristics of the stone, drawn up by an independent Gemmology laboratory, which examines the stone with the aid of special tools and assesses the various characteristics of the gem.
The gemological certificate does not increase the value of the stone but ensures the authenticity of the natural or artificial stone.

Shipping and Delivery
The products will be delivered to the express courier within 1 working day following the order (Saturdays and Sundays and holidays excluded) and will be delivered (for Italy), depending on the destination, within 48-72 hours.
Shipment tracking code
From the moment the courier collects the item, the tracking code will be sent to you. It will be possible to check the status of the shipment online at any time. There may be delays in deliveries due to strikes or bad weather, for which I cannot take responsibility.
Important note
From the moment the order is placed and the item is shipped, the package cannot be refused except in the event of tampering or suspicion of damage to the contents caused by an alteration of the package.
If at the time of delivery of the package you verify tampering (to the wrapping or to the contents) you will have to reject the delivery and contact me promptly. In the event that the product had been tampered with, and at the time of delivery this had not been reported to the courier, the risk is assumed, consequently freeing the courier and myself from all burdens and responsibilities.
In this case, I am not responsible for damage and / or theft; so we advise you to be careful when the courier delivers the package.

Easy return
Within 14 days of receiving the products, even without any reason, you can change what you have purchased or request a refund.

The return costs are your responsibility.
In addition, you will need to take care of the packaging - it must be securely closed.
When it is not possible to receive the return
The products to be returned must not have been used:

the packages must not show signs of wear or abrasions

items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, without damage
The gemological certificate, if present, and the guarantee must also be returned.
From the moment I receive the return, I will check the condition of the item and make the refund within 14 working days, by bank transfer or by PayPal or credit card.
