The offer and sale of products made on the website www.jewartisan.com are governed by these general conditions of sale.

For any other legal information, consult the sections: General conditions of sale, Privacy Policy and Right of Withdrawal.

The Customer is required, before submitting his Purchase Order, to carefully read these General Conditions of Sale.
 
The forwarding of the Purchase Order implies full knowledge and express acceptance of both the aforementioned General Conditions of Sale and of what is indicated in the Order Form.

Once the on-line purchase procedure has been completed, the Customer is required to print and keep these General Conditions of Sale and the relative Order form, which have already been viewed and accepted.

In the order confirmation e-mail, the Customer will also receive the link to download and archive a copy of these general conditions of sale, as required by Italian law (from art.51 paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree 206 / 2005, amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014).
 
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE FOR ONLINE PURCHASES ON THE SITE

These General Conditions of Sale ("General Conditions of Sale") are governed by the Law on the defense of consumer rights of the Armenia and by the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206 / 2005 and subsequent amendments) and by the rules on electronic commerce (Legislative Decree no. there is the "buy" button, and the Services as indicated in these General Sales Conditions, as well as in the other sections of the Site.

In the event of changes in the General Conditions of Sale, the General Conditions of Sale published on the Site at the time will apply to the Purchase Order (hereinafter the "Purchase Order"), as specified better in the following articles of these General Conditions of Sale. the sending of the Order by the Customer (hereinafter "Customer").

These general conditions of sale govern the offer, forwarding and acceptance of purchase orders for products on www.jewartisan.com.

The products are sold to the Customer identified by the data entered when completing and sending the Order form in electronic format with simultaneous acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.

The product offers on the website www.jewartisan.com are aimed at adult customers. For those under the age of 18, please note that in order to make purchases on the website www.jewartisan.com, the consent of one of the parents or a legal guardian is required. By placing an Order through our Website, the Customer guarantees that he is of age and that he has the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

The Customer undertakes to verify the correctness of the personal data entered when completing and sending the Order form in electronic format.

The Customer is prohibited from entering false and / or invented and / or fictional names in the online Order procedure and in further communications.

The Seller reserves the right to legally pursue any violation and abuse, in the interest and for the protection of all consumers.

Furthermore, by accepting these Conditions of Sale, the Customer exempts the Seller from any liability deriving from the issue of incorrect tax documents due to errors relating to the data provided by the Customer at the time of placing the Order online, being the Customer the solely responsible for their correct insertion.

Furthermore, by accepting these Conditions of Sale, the Customer exonerates the Seller from any liability deriving from errors or delays in accessing the Website by the Customer at the time of entering their data in the purchase procedure, as well as from slowness or '' impossibility of receiving the customer's Order confirmation or any anomaly that may occur due to problems with the Internet network, or due to any other event not foreseeable and independent of the Seller.

Furthermore, by accepting these Conditions of Sale, the Customer exonerates the Seller from any liability arising from failure to operate or from problems relating to the e-mail address provided by the Customer for sending the Order confirmation.
 
OBJECT

These general conditions of sale have as their object the sale of products made online through an e-commerce service on the website www.jewartisan.com.

With these general conditions of sale, www.jewartisan.com. sells and the Customer remotely purchases the movable tangible assets indicated and offered for sale on the website www.jewartisan.com. The contract is concluded exclusively through the internet, by accessing the customer at www.jewartisan.com and the creation of a purchase order according to the procedure provided by the site itself.

In consideration of the large number of products made available, the main features and prices of the same (including any additional costs) are clearly indicated directly on the Site.

The products sold on the Site can be purchased and delivered only in the countries indicated in the Order Form.

Any orders for shipments to be made outside these countries will be automatically rejected during the Order processing procedure.

SUBJECTS

The products are sold directly by the company Jew Artisan - Hrant Barseghyan (foreign VAT number 40071583), with registered office in Armenia, Abovyan street, 25-24, Republic of Armenia, Yerevan, 0009, e'mail adm (a) jewartisan.com, (d'now onwards Jewellery Artisan or Seller) which has as its object the retail and wholesale trade of goldsmiths, silverware and other products connected and / or similar to the former and makes available to all users the possibility of purchasing products on the Internet. PUBLIC OFFER AND SALES CONTRACT THROUGH ELECTRONIC COMMERCE SERVICE

The Products and Services with the relative Prices as present on the Site constitute an offer to the public in accordance with the methods specified in the General Conditions of Sale and on the Site itself. The conditions of this offer apply exclusively to purchases made on the website www.jewartisan.com.

The purchase and sale contracts stipulated on the Site and relating to the Products and Services (hereinafter "Sales Agreement" or simply "Contract") are concluded with the shipment of the product.

By online sales contract we mean the distance contract concerning the purchase and sale of movable property (hereinafter Products) stipulated between the user, as a Customer, and JewArt, as a Seller, as part of a service of electronic commerce organized by the Seller which, for this purpose, uses the distance communication technology known as the Internet.

To reach the conclusion of the Contract of one or more Products, the Customer must fill in the Order form in electronic format (from now on also Order) validating the order with "payment obligation" by clicking on the button for the choice of the payment method (as provided for consumer protection by Article 51 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014) and transmit the Order to the Seller via the Internet following the relative instructions.

The Order contains:

- the reference to these general conditions of sale;
- information and images of each Product and its price;
- the means of payment that can be used by the Customer;
- the methods of delivery of the Products purchased, the times and relative shipping and delivery costs;
- the reference to the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal;
- the methods and times for returning the purchased products.

Although Jewellery Artisan constantly adopts measures to ensure that the photographs shown on the Site are faithful reproductions of the original products, including the adoption of every possible technological solution to minimize inaccuracies, some variations are always possible due to the technical characteristics and the color resolution characteristics of the computer and / or other device used by the Customer.

Consequently, the Seller will not be responsible for any inadequacy of the graphic representations of products shown on the Site if due to the aforementioned technical reasons, since these representations are merely illustrative.

FULFILLMENT OF THE ORDER AND CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT

By submitting the Order through the Website, the Customer unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe these General Conditions of Sale in relations with the Seller.

Once the Order has been sent, the Seller will take charge of it for its evasion and will send the Customer, by e-mail, an Order Confirmation (hereinafter "Order Confirmation") to the e-mail address communicated by Customer. This Confirmation will summarize the selected Products and Services, the relative Prices (including Delivery costs and additional costs related to additional Services requested by the Customer), the address for delivery, the Order number (hereinafter "Number of 'Order'), the general conditions of sale provided therein and any special conditions applicable to the individual order and determined following specific requests from the customer.

Jewellery Artisan reminds the Customer to check with the utmost attention and care the correctness of the data contained in the Order Confirmation and to communicate any corrections by email to adm(a)jewartisan.com within 24 (twenty-four) hours of receiving it. The Order Number, generated by the system and communicated by Jewellery Artisan, must be used by the Customer in any communication with Jewellery Artisan. It is possible that occasional unavailability of the Products offered may occur, in this case, if the Products chosen by the Customer are not, in whole or in part, available, Jewellery Artisan will notify the Customer.

The availability of the products refers to the actual availability at the moment in which the Customer places the order. This availability must in any case be considered purely indicative because, due to the simultaneous presence on the site of multiple users, the products could be sold to other customers before confirming the order.

Without prejudice to the possibility, before sending the Order Confirmation, for the Seller to request from the Customer by e-mail to the address indicated, or by telephone to the address indicated, for further information with reference to the Order sent over the Internet. .

The Seller reserves the right not to process purchase orders that do not give sufficient guarantees of solvency or that are incomplete or incorrect or in the event of unavailability of the products.

In these cases, the Seller will inform the Customer by e-mail that the Contract is not concluded and that the Seller has not followed up the Customer's Order, specifying the reasons. In this case, the sum previously committed on the Customer's means of payment will be released.

If the products presented on the Website are no longer available or are no longer on sale after the Order has been sent, it will be the Seller's responsibility to notify the Customer promptly and in any case within thirty (30) working days from the day following that of the transmission of the Order to the Seller, any unavailability of the Products ordered.

In this case, the sum previously committed on the Customer's means of payment will be released.

Each sale made by the Seller through the online sales service may concern one or more products, with no quantity limit for each item.

Before concluding the Contract, you will be asked to confirm that you have read the General Conditions of Sale including the Information on the right of withdrawal and the processing of personal data ("Privacy Policy").

The Contract is concluded when the Seller, after receiving the Order Form and verifying the correctness and completeness of the data, has forwarded the confirmation of shipment of the product to the e-mail address indicated by the Customer through the Website.

The Seller undertakes to deliver the ordered products to the Customer no later than 30 days from the date of conclusion of the Contract.

The language available to Italian customers to conclude the Contract with the Seller is Italian and the applicable law is Armenian and Italian, where the provisions are better for Italian consumers.

Jewellery Artisan reserves the right to refuse orders from a customer with whom there is an ongoing legal dispute relating to a previous Order. This applies equally to all cases in which Jewellery Artisan deems the customer unsuitable, including, by way of example, the case of previous violations of the Contract conditions for online purchase on the Site or for any other legitimate reason, especially if the customer has been involved in any kind of fraudulent activity.

SALE PRICES

Unless otherwise indicated in writing, all Product prices and shipping and delivery costs indicated on the Jew Artisan website and in the Order are to be considered VAT included and expressed in Euros.

The validity of the prices indicated is always and only the one indicated by the Website at the time the Order is sent over the Internet.

Product prices, offers and shipping and delivery costs may vary over time.

In the event that the Customer proceeds to send the order after some time since his last visit to the Website, the Customer undertakes to verify that the prices have not changed and therefore undertakes to verify the final sale price. before submitting the relevant Order.

Some products are shipped directly from Italy, some products are shipped from Armenia, or any other country where the goods are placed at stock. The prices of the Products and the shipping and delivery costs indicated on the Website and in the Order, unless otherwise specified, are to be considered as not including any costs associated with customs duties and related taxes, which cannot be calculated in advance, if the shipment takes place. in countries where current legislation provides for import charges.

In this case, the existence of any additional costs indicated above will be clearly mentioned during the insertion and revision of the Order.

These costs are therefore charged to the Customer and must be paid directly upon delivery of the Products, according to the indications specified in the Order Confirmation.

In case of non-collection, the Seller will refund the cost of the product but not also the shipping costs, exit and entry costs connected to customs duties and related taxes and the shipping costs of the product.

The delivery costs (hereinafter "Delivery Costs") and the costs relating to the Additional Services made available by Jewellery Artisan as indicated in the following articles of these General Conditions of Sale, are charged to the Customer and adequately detailed in the Purchase order.

The Price shown on the Site at the time the Order is sent is applied to the Products and Services, except for offers or any subsequent price changes indicated on the Site itself.

ORDER

The purchase order must be placed online through the order procedure on the Site (hereinafter "Order Procedure") by clicking on the desired product which will flow into the Cart.

In order to proceed with the compilation of the Purchase Order, the Customer may, alternatively, follow the following methods:

a) In the event that the Customer is already registered on the Site through the appropriate Section, it will be sufficient to enter their login credentials (username and password) by entering them in the "Login" section.

b) In the event that the Customer is not registered on the Site, it will be sufficient to enter the required data in the appropriate form, necessary to make the Purchase. The customer can register on the Site at any time by registering online via the "Register" page.

The Customer correctly concludes the Order Procedure if the Site does not show any error messages (the system cannot detect errors in reference to the data entered by the Customer in the field dedicated to billing and shipping addresses).

In the "Your orders" section you can check the status of the Order which is no longer editable if it is in the "in progress", "ready", "shipped" and "closed" status.

If the Order has not yet been shipped, it is only possible to change the shipping address by contacting customer service by email at adm(a)jewartisan.com.

Jewellery Artisan recommends anticipating the aforementioned request to change the shipping address by contacting the Seller by telephone.

In the event that the delivery is not successful, the Customer must immediately contact Jewellery Artisan.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

For the payment of the price of the Products and the relative shipping and delivery costs, the Customer can follow one of the methods indicated in the Order form of the Website www.jewartisan.com and which are summarized below.

Credit cards / Paypal / prepaid cards / Apple pay / bank transfers (some payment methods have a surcharge, as indicated on the site.)

The customer can pay by credit or debit card Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron and / or other similar cards through the online pay system, PayPal, by bank transfer.

Jewellery Artisan uses the highest security measures commercially available in the industry.

Furthermore, the payment procedure takes place on a secure server that uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol.

For online orders on the Website www. jewartisan.com we accept both credit card and prepaid card payments (for example, PostePay) without any additional charge on the cost of the product and shipping.

It is understood that the Customer must be the holder of a valid credit card at the time of Ordering the Products purchased online and that the name on the credit card must be the same as indicated on the billing data. In the absence of these conditions, it will not be possible to proceed with the Order.

At the time of online purchase, together with the Order Confirmation, the reference bank will only make the commitment of the amount relating to the Order from the present availability of your credit card.

The amount will be charged immediately when the payment is sent through the online platform.

At no time during the purchase procedure Jewellery Artisan is able to know the information relating to the Customer's credit card (for example, the credit card number or its expiry date), transmitted via a connection protected by an encrypted protocol directly to the Site of the entity that manages the electronic payment (bank or Paypal). No electronic archive of the Seller will keep such data.

Paypal

If the Customer has a Paypal account, Jewellery Artisan gives the possibility to make payments directly using the e-mail address and relative password with which the Customer is registered on WWW.PAYPAL.COM. Otherwise through Paypal it is possible to pay by credit card.

Wire transfer

The Customer can pay for the Order quickly and securely using their personal bank account through the "home banking" payment platform.

The amount will be debited directly from the customer's current account and the shipment will take place after the account has been credited.

The payment of the Order must be made at the time of its forwarding to Jewellery Artisan, the possibility that this will be automatically canceled by the Seller in the event that the credit is not made within the following 7 (seven) days.

The Customer can find the payment receipt, or the invoice if subject to VAT, on the Site in the "Your orders" section.

SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERY METHODS

Each shipment contains:

- the products ordered;
- any accompanying documentation required based on the country of dispatch;
- any information and marketing material;
- any gadgets.

The delivery of the Products purchased through the Seller's website can take place in different ways.

Customer home delivery

The purchased products will be delivered by the courier identified by the Seller to the shipping address indicated by the Customer on the Order with insured shipping.

Shipping takes place in Italy and is always free.

In Italy the shipment will take place by express courier in 48/96 hours with insured delivery and signature on delivery.

When the Order is shipped, the Customer will receive an e-mail with the shipment tracking code, ie the tracking code with a link that refers to the courier's website and to the status of the shipment. This number, the tracking code, is used to monitor the progress of the shipment and the expected delivery date.

Orders with items immediately available, with payment made by credit card, PayPal or cash on delivery made by 4:00 pm are shipped within 48 hours if the item is in one of our stores. For all orders that include items in reservation, the date is indicated at the time of the Order confirmation.

Upon receipt of the goods at home, the customer undertakes to check the integrity of the packages at the time of delivery by the courier.

In the event of anomalies, the Customer must have the courier detect and note exactly the same and reject the delivery upon mandatory communication by contacting customer service by e-mail at adm (a) jewartisan.com
 
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract signed with the Seller (Jewellery Artisan - Hrant Barseghyan IE (40071583)), without any penalty and without having to provide any reasons, within 7 days from the day you received the products purchased on www.jewartisan.com according to the Law on the defense of consumer rights of the Armenia. However, for commercial choice and to better meet the customer's needs, Jewellery Artisan grants a deadline for exercising the withdrawal of fourteen (14) days, starting from the day on which the customer or a third party, designated by the customer and other than the Carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods, pursuant to art. 52 of the legislative decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 (Italian "Consumer Code").

Pursuant to Armenian legislation and art. 54 of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal may be exercised using the following method: sending the return request to the email address adm (a) jewartisan.com.

The products can be returned by sending the package through the courier chosen by the customer. The costs will be borne by the customer.

I. Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is exercised correctly if the following conditions are fully met:

1. you will need to contact our customer service to send the return request within 14 days of receiving the products;
2. the products must not have been used, worn or damaged;
3. the products must have the quality certificate, guarantee and the product identification tag;
4. the products must be returned in their original packaging;
5. the returned products must be delivered to the chosen courier within 14 days from when you notified the Seller of your decision to withdraw from the contract;
6. the products must not be damaged.

If you have complied with all the required conditions, the Seller will refund you in full the price of the products purchased, remaining at your expense only for the return costs, i.e. those for returning the purchased products to Jewellery Artisan, unless we have expressly exempted you from such expenses at the time of purchase.

You will be contacted if your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the conditions set out above in the previous paragraph. In this case, you can choose to have the purchased products back at your expense. If you refuse this shipment, Jew Artisan reserves the right to keep the products and the amount corresponding to the purchase price of the products.

You will also be contacted if your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the conditions indicated above in letters b), c) and d) of the previous paragraph. In this case, you can choose whether to accept the reduction of the refund, which will be communicated to you, due to the decrease in value of the returned products, or whether to have the purchased products back at your expense. If you refuse this shipment, Jewellery Artisan reserves the right to withhold the products and the amount indicated for the reduction of the refund, due to the decrease in value of the returned products.

II. Refund times and methods

In accordance with art. 56, paragraph III of the Italian Consumer Code and the Law on the defense of consumer rights of Armenia, only after Jewellery Artisan has received your return and checked that all the requirements have been respected, you will receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of the return and Jewellery Artisan will proceed with the full refund, or, if there is a decrease in the value of the returned products, you will receive an e-mail in which the amount deducted will be communicated to title of curtailment of the refund and Jewellery Artisan will refund the amount due. Whatever payment method you use (credit / debit card, PayPal, or cash on delivery), the refund is activated by Jewellery Artisan in the shortest possible time, and in any case within fourteen days from the date on which it came to knowledge of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, once you have verified that the withdrawal took place in compliance with the conditions set out above. 

The actual time for crediting or returning the sums you paid for the purchase of the products depends on the payment methods used, taking into account in any case the technical times of international payments:

Purchase by credit / debit card: the time required to view the refund depends on the institution that issued the card. We remind you that the value date of the re-credit is the same as the debit date;

Purchase via PayPal: the refund will be made to your PayPal account and will be immediately visible. The actual refund on the credit card from your PayPal account depends on the institution that issued the card;

Cash on delivery: the refund is made to the current account indicated by you, so the refund time depends on the correctness of the data you enter and on the credit institution where you opened the account.

In the case of a gift, the reimbursement of the sums will be made to the person who made the payment.

III. Conditions for exchanging products

In some specific cases, as an alternative to exercising the right of withdrawal, you will have the opportunity to change the products purchased with others, instead of obtaining a refund of the relative price.

The exchange request will take place within the following limits:

1. Only those purchased products may be exchanged, for which this possibility will be expressly provided in the Customer Service email;

2. you can request the exchange of one or more products purchased with different products, integrating the difference where necessary. In any case, the options available for the change will be indicated in the Customer Service email;

3. you can request the exchange of one or more products purchased no later than 14 working days from the date of their delivery, by sending the request to Customer Service, to be sent electronically to adm(a)jewartisan.com within the aforementioned term. The products to be exchanged must be delivered to the courier within 14 days from when you notified the Seller of your decision to change the products. Shipping costs are charged to the customer.

4. you can make only one exchange request for each product purchased;

5. the products for which you request the change must be returned to Jewellery Artisan in their original packaging, unused, worn or damaged, and the identification tag must still be attached with the disposable seal;

If all the aforementioned conditions are correctly respected, once the email containing your exchange request has been sent, Jew Artisan will process the same replacement request by sending you a confirmation email for this purpose.

IV. Times and methods for obtaining the change

After Jewellery Artisan has received the products you intend to change and checked that all the above requirements have been met, Jewellery Artisan will check the actual availability in its warehouses of the models of the products you have selected.

In the event that the product or products selected for exchange are available, Jewellery Artisan will be able to accept your exchange request and will therefore proceed to send you an e-mail confirming the shipment of the replacement products. In this case, the shipment will take place within thirty days from the date on which Jewellery Artisan becomes aware of your exchange request, once it has been verified that it has taken place in compliance with the conditions indicated above in section III of this information. The shipping costs of the replacement products will be borne by Jewellery Artisan.

You will be contacted in the event that your exchange request cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the conditions set out above in section III of this information. In this case, you can choose to get back the products you intended to exchange at your expense. If you refuse this shipment, Jewellery Artisan reserves the right to withhold the products and also using one of the hypotheses indicated above in section I of this information, it will also be able to withhold the amount corresponding to the purchase price of the products themselves, or the amount indicated for the reduction of the refund, due to the decrease in value of the returned products.

The replacement product or products may be subject to subsequent return pursuant to the Law on the defense of consumer rights of the Armenia and art. 52 of the Italian Consumer Code and in accordance with the provisions of the previous Sections I and II.

V. Product identification tag

All products offered for sale by Jewellery Artisan are equipped with an identification tag fixed with a disposable seal, which is an integral part of the good. We invite you to try the product without removing the tag and its seal. We also remind you that, pursuant to the Law on the defense of consumer rights of Armenia and art. 57, paragraph II, of the Italian Consumer Code, you will be responsible for the decrease in the value of the products returned to the Seller, resulting from the use of the products other than that necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics and functioning.

VI. Consumer Code

These Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal, which are an integral part of the General Conditions of Sale, are governed by Armenian law and by Italian law, in particular the Consumer Code, Chapter I "Consumer rights in contracts", where the provisions are more for the Italian consumer.
 
WARRANTIES

All jewelry offered for sale complies with the standards and requirements of Armenian legislation and has certificates of conformity. For the certificate we mean the passport of the jewel which indicates the main characteristics of the product, the materials, the metal sample and the cost.

According to the Armenian legislation in force, it is allowed to sell jewelry and other silver products of Armenian origin without the mark of a punching, that is a mark imprinted on its surface, which shows the quality of the metal.

In the event of a deterioration in the quality of the product as a result of transport or failure due to a manufacturing defect of the product, the online jewelry store guarantees the replacement of the product at its own expense. To this end, you must send an appeal no later than 3 days after receipt of the product. APPLICABLE LAW, DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND JURISDICTION

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Armenian law and will be interpreted according to it. Consequently, the interpretation, execution and termination of the General Conditions of Sale are subject exclusively to Armenian law and any disputes relating to and / or consequent to them must be resolved exclusively by the Armenian courts, as further specified below.

Any disputes must be resolved by the court of the Seller's place of residence according to the applicable law.

Jewellery Artisan is always available to seek an amicable solution to any disputes that have arisen, also through the direct contacts indicated.

All designs, models, brands, texts, visual or sound, comments, works, illustrations, images, reproduced on www.jewartisan.com are protected by copyright, brand rights and image rights and by any other right. of applicable intellectual property. They are wholly owned by Jewellery Artisan or its partners.

Any type of reproduction or representation, object of counterfeiting, can lead to the onset of civil and criminal liability of its author.

Links that refer to www.jewartisan.com and which use the techniques of "framing" or "in-line linking" are formally prohibited.

In any case, any link or other content mentioned above, even if tacitly authorized, must be withdrawn immediately and upon simple request of the company Jewellery Artisan, under penalty of legal consequences.

MODIFICATION OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

On the occasion of any modification to these General Conditions of Sale, Jewellery Artisan will promptly publish the modified ones on the Site.

The amended General Conditions of Sale will become an integral part of the new Contracts, starting from the first Order forwarded by the Customers, following their publication on the Site. In the case of Orders already forwarded before such communication, the previous version of the General Conditions will apply. 

REPLACEMENT CLAUSE

If a present or future provision of the General Conditions of Sale and / or the Contract should be or become completely or partially null and / or ineffective or there is a lacuna in the provisions of the General Conditions of Sale and / or the Contract, the remaining provisions of the General Conditions of Sale and of the Contract will remain valid and effective in any case. It is understood that Jewellery Artisan and the Customer will undertake to negotiate in good faith the integration of the gap or the replacement of the null and / or ineffective clause with the aim of achieving the same results pursued by the invalid or ineffective clause and to safeguard the content., also economic, of the Contract.
